Quick Facts

Orders may and can take 24 to 36 hours to process: Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped

Signatures are required: For all order items over $500. For items $500 or under, signature may be requested at carrier discretion.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, all item (s) must meet out policy standards:

•  Exchanges & returns are to be made within 30 days
• Item in perfect & sellable condition
• Original item (s) must be in its original packaging
• Original invoice, leaflets, and certificates
  
• PayPal purchases may only be exchanged or returned for a full refund at our online store
• Clients planning to export items are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws in connection with such exports.
