Ordering

What if I need to speak to someone?

We would like to speak to you too! You can contact us at info@dameapparel.com  with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days USP, USPS, DHL. You Shall receive an email with your tracking information once your order is shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3rd business day (s) of placing your order, please contact us at info@dameapparel.com  for further assistance. 

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

How do I determine my size?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They're located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. For any additional questions, contact us at info@dameapparel.com for further assistance. We will ask your typical size and how you like to wear your tops, bottoms, and hats so we can suggest the best size for you!

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Dame apparel goal is to make sure its customers' are fully satisfied. If you have any discrepancies with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for full credit back to your card you purchased item(s) with. "Please Read" When returning an item, the following conditions apply: Returns must be made within 10 business days of delivery. A returned item(s) must be unworn and in its original packaging.*Note Initial shipping costs will not be refunded to customers. During the process of a return  we are not responsible for the damage or risk of potential loss during return shipment. Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Note* International customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, taxes, and any additional tariffs as well as a flat rate shipping fee.
